Privacy policy

ICFLookup has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking scripts. We don't sell or share information about visitors. The facility records here are public agency records, not information about you.

• Emails you send us: used only to reply and fix what you report.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting and network providers (Render and Cloudflare): IP address, browser, pages requested and time, under their own retention policies.
• Rate limiting: requests are counted per IP address in memory for up to 15 minutes, never written to disk.
• Near Me: a ZIP code or city is looked up on our own server. A street address is sent by our server to the U.S. Census Bureau's public geocoder and the result is kept up to 30 days, keyed only by the address text. "Use my location" sends your browser's location rounded to about 100 meters, used for that one search only and not stored.

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your browser's local storage keeps your light/dark choice and your "Recently viewed" facilities; neither is sent to us. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie.

• Cloudflare (delivery and security) and Render (hosting).
• OpenStreetMap, whose servers supply the map images and see your IP address like any image host.
• The U.S. Census Bureau geocoder, sent only an address, nothing about you.

No AI service is used on this site.
